You can buy the salmon portions from Costco,
I like how they are individually wrapped and can be kept fresh.
Enjoy!

Birthday Surprise

59 and holding!

Then again, ain’t so bad crossing over the threshold.

Social Security beckoning from yonder!

All and all, it’s been a blissful 59.
 Husband, kids, friendships; love abounds.

God’s grace surrounds.

On the materialistic side; career, houses, cars, ovens, and food processers.
Waffle maker, German knives, and every kitchen trinket.

You get the idea what has become important in one's life.

Don't forget to count the numerous foods that come out from the kitchen.

The latest being cookies with nuts! Best to grab one before they disappear.

Photographing food and flowers has become the latest thing!

All the threads and paths treaded have weaved quite a nice picture (place).

Wondering how the transition into 60 will be?

Feels like a crossroad.
Is this the new mid-life?

 Beautiful cake made by my
 son in law Taylor!
 He's quite a talent!

Happy Birthday

Menu: baked rosemary chicken with peppers.
           chef's salad
